When it comes to your health, food plays a HUGE role.

It has the power to build vibrant health and wellbeing throughout your body or lead to migraines, extreme bloating, fibromyalgia pain, joint and muscle pains, terrible digestion, and more.

It's pretty incredible! Many people have tried a standard elimination diet and removed gluten, dairy, soy, and other typical allergies or intolerances with great success...but others feel the same or even worse! I've seen how frustrating elimination diets can be, and I personally I know how annoying it can be trying to change things in your diet time and again in order to try to improve your health (digestion, for myself).

The truth is you can be sensitive to ANY food or chemical - healthy foods or not.

Yes, even beef, chicken, sweet potatoes, ginger, basil - just to name a few. It's not limited to wheat, soy, or dairy products - those may actually be totally fine for your body!
